Alright, so basically the project consists of an idea for a new way to move that hunk of metal we call an automobile. The engine is of no use here, so we get rid of that, and instead replace it with a computer, an average car battery, and a magnetic amplifier. Now, in the rim of the vehicle's wheel there will be 4 magnets, preferably Neodymium. In the wheel skirt of the vehicle will be 4 more magnets placed at specific ranges and of opposite polarity. The magnetic amplifier will alternatively increase the magnetic attraction between the pieces in the rim and the skirt, thus turning the wheel. This will happen either in the wheel(s) in the rear axle or both.

Radiation -
None. The car will be lined from within with damper material. This material vibrates at speeds fast enough to intercept waves. No radiation will leak from within the hood.

Problems/Possible Solutions -
I'm no rocket scientist, but I feel strongly that a car battery may not have enough power to support a magnetic amplifier with the electricity it needs. Perhaps a cold fusion nuclear reactor of the miniature nature? Maybe, maybe not but definitely possible.

This project is definitely not low budget on my scale, but there is definitely a great payout both economically and environmentally if WE can get this rolling.
