Our client is a mid-size trust fund management firm based in the Midwest with 100 + FTE. They desire to contract the design, developmement, and facilitation of a two-day strategic planning session with their Senior Management team and Board of Directors to refocus their Long Range Plan.  They wish to have the  results of the session documented in a written Strategic Plan and final report enumerating obstacles and opoortunities.

Our role is to manage the facilitator selection process and the logistics for the retreat.  Travel and accomodation expenses will be paid over and above the project fee. 

Biding /selection process logistics:

Wiining bidder will be selected through bid submission and subsequent interview process.  Up to three interviews may be required prior to project being awarded.

Specifications:
Winning bidder will posess:
1. 10 years experience in a Banking and Trust environment
2. Experience in Strategic Planning as an officer in Banking and Trust institutions and/or has worked as a consultant specializing in Strategic Planning for Banking and Trust institutions
3. Excellent small group facilitation skills
4. Experience in International Finance preferred
5. History of Securities Licensure preferred
6. CPA preferred
7. Experience with publicly held organizations as well as closely held organizations preferred
8. Experience in positioning a financial institution for an IPO preferred
9. Credit and background check required
10. Confidentiality / Non-compete agreement required
11. Legal status to work in the U.S.A. required
12. References supplied on request

Project Description

Stage I

1. Maximum three, two-hour telephone conferences with project coordinator and client to determine process and outcomes desired in Strategic planning session

2. Preliminary research of: client's history and market position in the context of the desired outcomes; clients local and international opportunities if requested. Exploration of feasability of an IPO for this organization if requested.

Stage II 

Design and deliver a two day interactive strategic planning session based on the process and outcomes desired

Stage III

- You have relevant experience with Internet project management
- You have experience in finding sponsors and partners or online sales
- You are totally dedicated to your job and work 100% self motivated
- Strong grasp of the English language
- Ideally you have experience in working remote
- You have strong cross-cultural skills and share our environmental, social and cultural friendly mindset

Location: remote work at your preferred location 
Working times: 10 to 15 h/week
